Born in the picturesque landscapes of Austria, Chef Roman's passion for culinary arts began to flourish from an early age. His path led him to the enchanting city of Vienna, where he worked and trained in some of the city's most prestigious restaurants, honing his skills in classic French and Austrian cuisine.

In 2007, the allure of the Caribbean beckoned, and Chef Roman made the momentous decision to move to the beautiful Grand Cayman. Eager to expand his horizons and embrace new culinary experiences, he ventured into the world of fine dining concepts on the island. Through his endeavors, he delved into diverse cuisines like Italian, Peruvian, Caribbean, and Asian Fusion, enriching his culinary repertoire.

Stepping away from the bustling restaurant scene, he ventured into the realm of private catering, seeking to offer more personalized and unforgettable dining experiences to his guests. A true testament to his love for the island life, Chef Roman is not only an extraordinary chef but also an avid fisherman. When he's not creating culinary masterpieces in the kitchen, you'll find him out on the water, catching his own Yellow Fin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Conch, and Lobster (when in season). His dedication to sustainability and using fresh, locally-sourced seafood whenever possible reflects his commitment to both his craft and the environment.

Food Pricing

  • CI 50 per Person Breakfast

  • CI 70 per Person Lunch

  • CI 80 per Person family style (10 People Minimum)

  • CI 100 per Person Brunch (8 people Minimum)

  • CI 100 per Person 3 course with canapes (Kids under 12 are 50%)

  • CI 125 per person 4 course with canapes (Chef inspired)


The chef will do Platters for drop off or buffet, the Platter menu has individual pricing.

Canapes for cocktail party’s are priced 4.00 Kyd per piece.

If you choose the chef inspired menu please tell us your likes and we come up with a customised menu for you with the freshest local ingredients available.

Chef and servers are separate, CI 100 each per event. (holiday rate CI 150)

We have a minimum spend of 500Kyd

For a party bigger than 6 You need to calculate a Server
