Festive dates Dec 16- Jan 17th
The Two weeks between Christmas and New Year are the most sought after dates of the year and there are special festive rates usually between December 16th to January 7th
Minimum Festive season stays are between 10 and 14 nights, depending on travel dates and availability.
Restaurants and clubs will put on special events such as beach parties with live bands and dancing under the stars. Mega Yachts light up the secluded bays and beach bars have themed festive evenings,
Villas, Car rentals, water sports, and restaurant all book up extremely quickly so we highly recommend to reserve as early as possible.
High Season - Jan 17th to Mid April
Extremely popular dates between early January and mid April. Large groups of families and friends book well in advance and most beach front villas book up early. Thanksgiving week is also often considered high season and several villas may have special rates for this period
Minimum high season stays at Anguilla Villas are usually for 7 nights unless there is a gap between reservations
Restaurants and water sports book up very fast. High season has an influx of savvy repeat guests who flock to the island each year and will start as early as 11 months ahead
Low season- Mid April to September & Nov to mid Dec
Mid April to September and November to Mid December is a great time to visit, the weather is fabulous, everything is open and the calm waters are at their calmest. Its one of the most rewarding and affordable times to rent a Villa on Anguilla
Minimum Low season stays at Anguilla Villas are usually between 5 and 7 nights depending on the owners calendar

Extreme low season -September and October
The most quiet time of the year as many villas and businesses usually close at this time to refurbish or give staff their annual vacation. Consequently the villas that remain open at this time of year may agree to special discounts and inclusions.
