Housekeeping
Villas will include a range of staff and housekeeping schedules. Most villas will include daily housekeeping (except Sundays & holidays) but the service varies by destination and by villa. Please check the Staff section on the villa page for the housekeeping frequency. Some villas may only include a mid week cleaning or end of stay cleaning.
Chef & Cook
High end villas and most villas in Jamaica and Barbados may include a chef or a cook. A chef has formal training in culinary school and offers a sophisticated variety of menu items. A cook will offer common and local cuisine options. The service frequency will be listed in the staff section. Some villas may offer all 3 meals per day while other villas may only offer breakfast and an option of lunch or dinner.
The cost of food and beverage is not included. The cost for provisioning may require an advanced food and beverage deposit 1 month prior to arrival or be billed when you are in residence. Some staff only accept cash for provisioning costs and may add a service charge.
Butler
