Children Count Towards Occupancy Limits
Children Count Towards Occupancy Limits

All guests regardless of age should be declared and registered.

Updated over a week ago

A question that frequently arises is whether children and babies are included in the maximum occupancy of a villa. The answer is yes, without exception. Regardless of age, newborns and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy of a property and must be included in the total number of guests.

Villas typically have a maximum double occupancy for bedrooms, which means that only two guests can occupy a bedroom, regardless of age.

If a party fails to register or declare their children as guests and exceeds the maximum occupancy limit, the property manager has the right to impose fees or evict guests without refund.

We strongly advise that all guests be disclosed and registered at the time of making a reservation.
