Regardless of age, newborns and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy of a property and must be included in the total number of guests.

Villas typically have a maximum double occupancy for bedrooms, which means that only two guests can occupy a bedroom, regardless of age.

If a party fails to register or declare their children as guests and exceeds the maximum occupancy limit, the property manager has the right to impose fees or evict guests without refund.
