Festive Season (December 19 to January 3)

Chef service

  • US $600.00 cover fee inclusive of 2 hours

  • US $120.00 for every additional hour (prep. time included)

  • US $300.00 mandatory set-up fee

Catering up to 8 guests. Parties exceeding 8 guests will be considered an event and will be subject to a separate quotation

All day chef service

  • US $1,350.00 cover fee for 8 hours

  • US $2,700.00 cover fee for all day (7am to 10pm)

  • US $300.00 mandatory set-up fee

Servers

(Parties exceeding 4 persons will require a server)

  • US $240.00 cover fee inclusive of 2 hours

  • US $40.00 for every additional hour

Bartenders

  • US $260.00 cover fee inclusive of 2 hours

  • US $60.00 for every additional hour

All day Butler

  • US $1,200.00 cover fee for 8 hours

  • US $2,400.00 cover fee for all day (7am to 10pm)

At least 48 hours’ notice is required, as booking will be approved upon availability. Menus are based on a food cost per head.

The chefs, based on availability of ingredients, can also prepare personalised menus which will require at least 72 hours advance notice.

Cancellations must be made 36 hours in advance or full service fees will be charged.
