All travelers to Anguilla including returning residents are required to obtain pre-travel authorization. Persons without travel authorization may be refused entry to Anguilla. All visitors must complete an individual application (including children).
All arriving and departing passengers must wear a facial covering while in transit to Anguilla while in public spaces during their stay on Anguilla.
Entry Requirements :
Submit negative Covid-19 test taken 2-5 days before travel. Accepted tests are :
Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction tests (RT-PCR)
Nucleic Acid Amplification tests (NAA)
RNA or molecular test
Antigen tests completed via a nasopharyngeal swab
Insurance which covers COVID-19 medical costs and full hospitalization, doctors’ visits, prescriptions and air ambulance.
Complete online passenger information and health screening questionnaire.
After receiving this information, documents will be verified and you will be contacted if any additional information is required.
An electronic travel authorization certificate will be issued to your email address if your application was successful.
Traveling to Anguilla:
Persons are urged to adhere to all safety protocols as established by airlines and vessels on your journey to Anguilla.
Persons are expected to take preventive measures to protect themselves and others from infection during travel: washing of hands and/or use of hand sanitizer regularly; avoiding touching common surfaces, avoid touching of face (eyes, mouth and nose) with unwashed hands; maintaining a physical distance of at least three feet/ one meter from others…
The use of mask is required on vessels to Anguilla and in other spaces and areas where persons cannot maintain a physical distance of at least 1 meter/ 3 feet from others.
Tests MUST be done at a certified testing centre and an official laboratory report must be presented.
The laboratory test result certificate MUST contain at least the following:
Name of individual tested
Date of birth
Name of testing laboratory
Date of test
Type of test (rt-PCR test)
Upload Proof of 3-5 Day Negative rt-PCR Test for ALL Applicants
International travelers must apply for Entry Permission at www.ivisitanguilla.com and must submit a negative COVID-19 rt-PCR test from a nasopharyngeal swab taken 2 – 5 days prior to arrival on island. Proof of vaccination must be uploaded to the entry application – the legally issued card/identification by the country administering the vaccine will be reviewed by the Anguillian authorities to ensure authenticity.
Applications will not be accepted later than 12:00 PM EST the day before the day of arrival. All visitors will be tested on arrival. Visitors are required to stay in place at their hotel or villa while awaiting their test results, which are usually delivered within 12 to 24 hours.
All restrictions on fully vaccinated guests’ movements have been lifted, which means that upon receipt of their negative test result, guests are free to roam around the island at will. They can rent a vehicle, explore the island’s 33 spectacular beaches, dine around at the fabulous assortment of restaurants and beach bars, enjoy a relaxing and luxurious spa treatment, take to the links or the off-shore cays, and experience all that this extraordinary island has to offer.
Guests are asked to adhere to and respect the COVID-19 protocols of business and establishments on island, which may include wearing a face covering at places where social distancing cannot be maintained, and observing proper hygiene with frequent hand washing or using hand sanitizer.
