Royal Westmoreland
Guests staying at the Royal Westmoreland villas that have annual Social or Full Membership enjoy access to resort facilities (club house, bar, restaurant, communal pools, gym, tennis, padel courts, golf course), 24 hr. security as well as beach access to the Mullins Beach Club with complimentary shuttle bus service.
NOTE : RWM Membership is from 1 Feb - 31 Jan annually.
The member, spouse / partner, guests and any children have full access to all of the facilities :
Sanctuary pool & gym (with complimentary towels)
Access to the tennis courts, pickleball & padel courts (court fees apply)
Access to Mullins Beach Club with beach lounge chairs, parasols and towels. Shuttle bus service from the Club House (times vary)
WINTER : Access to the driving range and golf course. Tee off times October to April available only between 9am and 12 noon and after 1pm. Current cost is BBD$550. Twilight Tee times from 2.30pm onwards at a rate of BBD $ 300.
SUMMER : Access to the driving range and golf course. Tee off times April to September there are no tee time restrictions and the current cost is BBD$550. Twilight Tee times from 2.30pm onwards at a rate of BBD $ 300.
Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities
The member and family have full access to the facilities with the exception of the golf course.

Access to the driving range and golf course. Tee off times are available only between 10am and 11am and after 1pm. Current cost is BBD$600. Only 4 games are permitted annually. NOTE : If a guest played 4 games at a property with Social membership only and booked another property within that year also with Social membership only, they will not be allowed to play again, as the 4 games would have already been used. If guest rented another property with Full membership, they would be able to play.

Royal Westmoreland Green Fees
Rates are listed in BBD$ (US $ 1.00 = BBD$ 1.98 fixed exchange rate)
NOTE : Effective from 1 May 2026, the Royal Westmoreland (RWM) will be introducing a Resort Fee per property as follows :
1 & 2 bedroom properties : US$ 100 / week
3-bedroom properties: US $ 125 / week
4+ bedroom properties: US $ 150 / week
The charge is based on the size of the property, not per person. For example, if 2 guests are staying in a 4-bedroom property the fee will be US$ 150 / week.
Guests will be charged upon check-in/registration with Guest Services at the RWM Club House on arrival day.
If guests do not wish to use any of the RWM facilities or the Beach Club, they do not need to register and so will not be charged.
Only applicable to properties with Social or Full RWM Membership.
The fee is not pro-rated. For example, for a 5-night stay in a 3-bedroom property, the fee would be US$ 125. A 10-night stay in a 3-bedroom property, the fee would be US$ 250.
Annual Golf Course Maintenance : carried out 1-15 May and 1-15 September.
** Please note that the following properties have no RWM membership and so
guests are not able to enjoy the RWM facilities :
