How it works?

We will be delighted to reserve a vacation rental for your client. Our villa specialists are available to provide unbiased advice and expertise to find the perfect vacation home for your client.
Once a property is selected, our concierge team will assist the client with their vacation planning that includes but not limited to the following:

Airport transfers
Arrival Logistics
Chef/cook services
Ferry Ticketing (for St Barts and Anguilla)
Rental Cars (with possible delivery to the property)
Spa Services
VIP Services

Booking Process

Once you are ready to reserve a vacation rental, we will need the following information upon submission of the reservation request

Departure Date
Number of Adults
Number of Children (include ages)

Reservations can be handled via two booking pathways.

Option #1: Commission (recommended)

The travel agency provides the email address of the guest. The guest is sent the contract and invoice with the agency on copy. Guest has the option to directly coordinate arrival logistics and vacation planning via our concierge team and online Experiences platform. A commission check is issued at the end of your stay. The benefits of this pathway are multifold: limited financial liability, ease of communication and planning as well as the availability of all our planning tools.

Option #2: Net Rate & Agent Primary Liability

If the agency wishes to contract, bill and handle payment of the reservation directly with the client, the email confirmation and booking documents will be sent directly to the agency for further handling. We remain as an intermediary and support team for your client as needed. The travel agency is responsible for coordinating logistics and vacation planning with the guest and to convey necessary information to our concierge team. With the final payment for the villa, we ask that you retain your commission. While we will provide all the assistance you need, the agency or agent assumes all financial and planning liabilities.


The typical commission is 10% of the rental rate (prior to taxes, fees and/or service charge).  The 10% commission applies to the majority of our properties.  Select properties may offer less commission ranging from 5 to 7.5%.

Note: In order to be eligible for a commission, the agent must originate the reservation request. Agents are not eligible for a commission if the guest has already initiated the reservation process unless there has been a pre-registration of the guest by the agency or if the guests requests the involvement of the agency at time of booking. No consideration for commission will be considered if the reservation has been initiated.
