The Turks and Caicos Islands insurance regulations require that drivers are at least 25 or older when renting a vehicle in the country.  However, Isle Blue's entrusted car rental company partner has  purchased a special insurance policy that allows them to offer vehicles to those aged 23 and 24 only. Unfortunately, to offer this option for their customers within these ages, there is a required fee of $11.95 per day.
