The French Riviera offers 3 airports:

Nice Airport (airport code: NCE) located at 15 minutes from the city center. Regional, national, European and international flights and carriers service this airport as well as private jets.

Cannes Mandelieu Airport (airport code: CEQ) located 20 minutes from Cannes. Cannes airport primarily handles private jets.

Saint Tropez Airport (airport code: LTT) is located 30 minutes west from the village of Saint Tropez. It has a regular route to Sion - Valay (Switzerland). Private jets mainly land at this airport.

By Road

From all parts of France and Europe. Roads are generally good. The French Riviera can be reached via the A8 highway going from Aix-en-Provence to the Italian border. It is approximately 8 hour 30 minutes drive from Paris, 6 hours from Barcelona, 5 hours 30 minutes from Geneva and 2 hours from Marseille.

By Train

The French railway system, run by TGV / SNCF, is connected with the rest of the European rail system so it is easy to reach the French Riviera from other parts of France and Europe. The main rail route is via the TGV station in Nice from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport). Direct international trains arrive there from Paris, London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Basel and Munich etc. Paris to Nice is 4 hours and Paris to Marseilles or Aix en Provence is 3 hours.
