Required Reservation Information
To reserve a property for your vacation we will simply need the following required information:
Name of Head Guest
Email address of Head Guest
Arrival Date
Departure Date
Number of bedrooms
Number of adults
Number of children
Once we have the aforementioned information, a reservation request is sent to the property manager who will confirm dates are available and issue a rental contract for your reservation. Once received, we will send you an email confirmation with all the details you will need.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments for vacation home rentals can be made by the following options: Check issued in USD currency, wire (ACH) transfer, or a major credit card. We currently accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. In late 2018, a new online booking platform will be launched on the Stripe platform allowing guests a wider variety of payment methods and currencies such as Alipay.
Wire transfers are accepted in the following currencies: US Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP), Euros (EUR), Swiss Franc (CHF) and Canadian Dollar (CAD).
For last minute transactions (within 30 days of arrival) and for rentals above $10,000, we may require a copy of identification to be provided.
Payment policy
Vacation homes typically require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Some properties will offer different reservation terms and it will be noted in the policy section of the villa. We allow up to 5 business days to submit payment. There is no obligation with the reservation prior to submitting a deposit/payment. Once a deposit is received, your reservation is confirmed and the homeowner becomes obligated to your reservation request. Additionally, the cancellation policy takes effect.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary per villa and the terms are set by the villa manager. Cancellation tends to be strict since each property is a one of a kind property that requires advanced reservations. Guest Registration and Concierge Services
Once a reservation is confirmed by deposit or payment, your reservation becomes confirmed. Upon confirmation, you will be invited to our guest registration process that gathers additional information on your party and your desired vacation wishes. You will have a personal concierge to assist with logistics and vacation planning.
