Isle Blue can arrange for private chef services at your villa.  Services include custom menu planning, preparation, service and cleaning.

Chef Rates

November 16th to May 31st (Peak Season)

Breakfast is $65 per person
Lunch is $75 per adult and $50 per child
Dinner is $100 per adult

June 1 to November 15th (Off Season)

Breakfast is $50 per person
Lunch is $70 per adult and $40 per child
Dinner is $90 per adult

Terms & Conditions:
Children are ages 11 or under
All local Turks & Caicos National Holidays are charged at Peak season rates plus $5.
Dinners are 3 course meals (appetizer, main entree and dessert). Additional courses are $10 per plate.

Soup 

  •  Conch Chowder (Cream or Tomato base ) Cooked in coconut milk with vegetable

Appetizer 

  •  Spicy Conch Cake (a combination of conch meat, herb and vegetable, pan fried served over tossed mix greens) or Snapper Ocean Roll (sautéed shrimp rolled in snapper filet, baked and served over tossed mixed green salad) 
  • Conch Salad (fresh diced conch with bell peppers, onion and tomato, marinated in lime and lemon juice) 
  • Chicken Delicious (strips of white meat chicken sautéed with bell peppers, onion and mushroom finished in a white wine cream sauce served over a crostini ) 
  • Curried Conch (marinated conch, sautéed with bell peppers and onions served over grilled eggplant) 
  • Conch Fritter (served over mixed green salad) 
  • Garlic Buttered Shrimp (shrimp sautéed with garlic, butter and herbs finished with white wine)

Entree 

  • Chicken kaleisha (chicken breast stuffed with sautéed lobster wrapped in bok- chow, baked and served with a white wine butter sauce) 
  • Lobster Thermidor (lobster cubes sautéed finished with Dijon mustard in white wine) or Lobster (any style) 
  • Chicken Pesto (free range chicken stuffed with sautéed spinach. Roasted bell pepper, served with pesto cream sauce) 
  •  Beef & Reef (grilled filet of beef topped with sautéed shrimp served with a merlot sauce) 
  • Herb Encrusted Snapper (snapper filet pan seared with a herb crust served with a Provençale sauce ) 
  • Herb Grilled Rack of Lamb (rack of lamb marinated in a combination of fresh and dried herbs. Grilled to requirement and served with fresh rosemary sauce) 
  • Chicken Farfelle Blush (chicken strips simmered in white wine tomato sauce with a combination of bowtie pasta) 
  • Fisher Man’s Stew (lobster, conch, mussels and fish- simmered in soy and ginger glaze with diced bell pepper and celery) 
  • Sea Food Curry (a combination of island sea food simmered in coconut curry sauce with bell peppers and onions)
