Waivers for Minimum Stay Requirments- Italy Villas

How to get an waiver on a 7 night minimum stay requirement

Updated over a week ago

Please note that all our Italian villas require a minimum stay of 7 nights, and are not very flexible on this requirement. Exceptions to this rule may be possible at the beginning or end of the season, when there is less demand for bookings.

If you require a shorter stay, we recommend that you reach out to inform us the property of your preference and we will reach out to the owner to ask for a waiver. Please note that waivers can only be requested for stay during the months of February, March, October, and November, when demand for bookings is lower.

Short stays within the Saturday to Saturday window in the offseason have a good chance of being accepted. Stays must be at least 4 to 5 nights.

To submit a request, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your preferred villa

  • Dates of stay

  • Number of guests

While we understand that a longer stay may not be feasible for all guests, we ask that you please take this requirement into consideration when planning your trip. The minimum stay requirement is in place to ensure that our guests have ample time to fully enjoy the villa and the surrounding area, and to minimize disruption to the property and its staff.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but Italian Property Managers do believe that a longer stay will allow you to fully experience the beauty and charm of Italy. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you to one of our lovely villas."
