We have listed a few "Must Do" Experiences you may want to look into doing during your trip to the Riviera Maya!


MAYAN RIVIERA - VISITING CENOTES: Riviera Maya is the only place in the world where cenotes exist. A cenote is a deep sinkhole in limestone with a pool at the bottom. Consequential to a meteor crash, an underground river runs for miles giving life to hundreds of cenotes around the area. All very different and unique!

MAYAN RIVIERA AND YUCATAN - ARCHEOLOGICAL SITES: There are quite a few archaeological sites in the area, all within three hours driving distance. The largest and most important is Chichen Itza, one of the 7 ancient world wonders of the world. This site has a very informative list of all of the ruins and sites in the Riviera:

CANCUN HOLBOX - SWIMMING WITH WHALE SHARKS: A unique experience that you can have in few other places in the world. You can swim with these gentle giants in their natural habitat. The season starts at the beginning of June and runs to the middle of September.

PUERTO MORELOS - SNORKELING: In the best coral reef of Riviera Maya

PLAYA DEL CARMEN - PARACHUTING: Over of one of the best blue oceans with amazing views; a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

PUERTO AVENTURAS : Rent a private YACHT or CATAMARAN for a full day and enjoy snorkeling and sunset cocktails.

AKUMAL - SWIM WITH TURTLES: This beach is home to many turtles that stay around all year long and are comfortable swimming with people. Please respect the turtles during your swim by not touching them.

TULUM - CENOTE ELECTRONIC MUSIC PARTIES: HIdden inside the mysterious Mayan Jungle, great nightlife events happen in hidden cenotes!

SIAN KAAN - FISHING: A very appreciated destination of fishermen particularly fly-fishing experts. This destination is among some of the best in the world for fishing/fly-fishing.

TULUM -TEMAZCAL: Possessing spiritual and therapeutic properties, this is a steam bath ritual used by ancient Meso-Americans for purification of the body and the mind.
