Enjoy fresh local dining at The Kitchen, the organic restaurant in The Great House at Belle Mont Farm; a fabulous venue for relaxed dining in a classically tropical setting.

The menus are inspired by nature’s seasonal pantry, harvested locally. This opportunistic approach yields a variety of the freshest juices from just-picked fruits at the peak of ripeness; an array of catch-of-the-day seafood, free-range proteins and of course, sumptuous vegetables from several organic farms in St. Kitts. To accompany the mouthwatering dishes crafted from these quality ingredients, we partner with artisanal vineyards who specialize in providing perfect organic pairings. The result: a stirring culinary experience that delights the imagination as well as the palate, feeds the soul in addition to the body, and sustains the environment along with your health.

Breakfast and dinner is served at The Kitchen from 7:00am - 10:30am and 6:00pm - 10:00pm, respectively. Closed for dinner on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Special arrangements can be made to facilitate on those days if necessary.

The Pool Bar & Terrace : the spectacular infinity pool with open views of the Caribbean Sea and the neighbouring islands of St. Eustace, Saba, St. Barts and St. Maarten makes the Pool Bar setting absolutely breathtaking! Add to it the classical plantation architecture that frames the entire area and you will be having lunch, or enjoying a drink, in one of the most admired spots in the Caribbean.

It’s just the perfect stage to treat yourself to the fresh catch of the day, some local, very Kittitian bites, or start the evening by enjoying our majestic sunsets with a nice glass of Champagne.

Serving lunch and appetizers everyday from 11:00am - 6:00pm. The bar is designed as a swim up bar so you don’t need to leave the pool to enjoy a drink.

Arthur’s Restaurant & Beach Club is located on Dieppe Bay on the north shore of the island, an 8-minute drive from Kittitian Hill. Chaise lounges are available on a first come first take basis. Or you may reserve your place in the sun, subject to availability.
