Checklist for traveling, Passport, Visa, Transfers, Spa, Provisions

The following check list is a pre-arrival guide to ensure proper planning for your St Barts vacation

Check validity of passports to ensure that the passports of all members of your traveling party has not expired

Check visa requirements. US, Canadian and EU citizens do not require visas.For other nationalities please check with the French consulate for the St Barths entry requirements. 

Send flight or ferry arrival information to our concierge team to coordinate meeting with your villa representative

Arrange a rental car. If a rental car is arranged by a third party supplier please notify Isle Blue of the arrangement so we can coordinate a seamless and expedited airport/ferry dock arrival.We would be happy to assist with booking your car rental(s). Isle Blue offers a variety of rental cars.

Arrange for villa provisioning. Provisioning a villa before arrival is a popular and convenient way to make the most out of your vacation. By pre-stocking your villa with groceries, beverages, and other necessities, you can ensure that your trip is stress-free and enjoyable from the moment you arrive on the island.

Arrange for a pre-prepared arrival dinner. Hire a chef to prepare a welcome dinner

Pre-arrange spa services. If you wish to indulge in private spa services at your villa such as massages, facials, body scrubs and manicures please notify us several weeks in advance due to the popularity of these services.

Use a packing list. Please note that villas will supply bath towels, beach towels and linens as well as hair dryers and irons.

Tote/Grocery Bags.Supermarkets do not provide them 

Contact your credit card companies to notify them that you will be traveling to St Barths to prevent any charge refusals.We also recommend bringing two different credit cards as many companies will not accept all cards.

Make photocopies of all your important documents: passports, credit cards and drivers license.Bring them with you and keep them in a separate location. 

Update your local concierge of any flight changes, cancellations or flight switches that deviate from previously disclosed information. If you have a flight disruption and your arrival info has changed, please contact the local concierge/property manager to update them on your new arrival information
